Eldritch Blast Wizard Evocation 0
This spell is called the 'sorcerer's darling', due to its simplicity and frequency of use. It works by gathering a small ball of energy, which is then hurled toward the target. Some attribute the creation of this spell to Ishara, although nobody's sure.
Standard action Complex, Energy: Selectable, Ray ? V, S
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One creature
Duration: Instantaneous and Slot (see text)
Saving Throw: None
The caster makes a ranged touch attack against the target. If it hits, this spell deals 1d6[CL] damage + the user's highest mental ability score modifier (from among Intelligence, Wisdom or Charisma).

After the spell is cast, its user can choose to leave the spell expended (as per the Slot duration). As long as it remains expended, the user may use the ability again, but without expending another limited use. All other costs remain the same.

Enhanced: The spell instead deals 1d8[CL] damage + the user's highest mental ability score modifier.
Diminished: The spell instead deals 1d4[CL] damage.
Immune: No effect.
Augment 1: Any creature struck by the spell must make a Reflex save. If failed, the creature is pushed directly away from the user 5ft, plus an additional 5ft for every 2 points by which they fail their save. If the spell is enhanced, double this distance; if it is diminished, halve it, rounding to the nearest 5ft. If it is Immune, the distance can never exceed 5ft.
