Floating-Point Instability Process
Infinite Lotus (Rush)
Level: 1
Initiation Action: Move
Range: Melee attack
Target: Creature touched
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: None

Floating-point operations (or 'flops' as they became semi-comedically known) are difficult to handle for most minds that have not received the proper training. This technique requires a step and a touch - to represent the movement of the operation along the number line and the effort needed to perform the calculation. Whoever is touched finds themselves unable to balance well, their mind and body reeling with the idea of a floating-point operation.

As part of initiating this maneuver, move 5ft. This movement does not provoke any attacks of opportunity. At the end of this movement, make a melee touch attack. If this hits, the target becomes uncentered. If the target does not have an active stance at the time this is used on them, they instead become flat-footed against the next attack directed at them.
