Nealan's Erotic Gaze

Nealan's original spell proved a little too successful, which meant that pranking others with it became a challenge. This led to the development of this spell, which was first demonstrated in a class presentation for one of Professor Ashe's classes, when Nealan happened to be presenting on a deliberately dull topic. Some claim that this spell was actually what led to the development of Ashe's mind lance.

The caster of this spell gains the ability to cause others to 'lose concentration' by staring at them intently. When the spell is finished, the caster may cause one target within range to suffer the effects of Nealan's erotic touch if they fail a Will save. On subsequent turns up until the expiration of this spell, the caster can choose to focus their gaze on another creature in range as a standard action who must also succeed on a Will save or be affected by the spell. This can be done on a creature that has already been affected by this spell before if you want.
