Class Features[edit]

All of the following are class features of the Adaptable Adept.

When taking the first level of this class, choose one save to be this classes "good" progression and two to be its "poor" progression. Once this choice is made, it cannot be changed, even with Adapting Master.

Adaptable Technique: At first level and every level thereafter, you gain Adaptable Technique as a bonus feat. If you have more Adaptable Technique feats than you have other feats, the next time you gain a feat that you have multiple choices (such as from leveling up or a Monk, Fighter or Wizard bonus feat) that becomes the Adaptable Technique's adaptable feat.

Speedy Adaptation: At second level, you can switch a number of feats using Adaptable Technique in one full-round action equal to your Adaptable Adept level.

SKILL ADAPT: At third level, you gain the ability to switch out ranks in skills. Twice per day, you may change as many ranks equal to three times your class level. You cannot lower any of your ranks enough to make you ineligible for any feat, prestige class or anything similar.

Adapting Master: At fifth level, you become the master of adaptability. Twice per day, you can change a class ability (not a bonus feat, like those gained by a Monk, Wizard or Fighter) that gave you multiple choices which normally you could not change (such as a Ranger's Combat Style or a Rogue's Special Abilities). Exceptions include a The Adapting Adept saves, and any prestige classes spellcasting progression. If a Wizard switches out his School Specialization, he loses the extra prepared spell slots until he prepares spells again, and if he switches his banned schools, he cannot cast any prepared spells of the new banned school.
