Royal Jelly

Originally a gift from a deific insectile goddess to her children, the potion has been since replicated by mortals, allowing the imbiber to grow large, jump far and climb virtually any surface. However, materials for making it are costly. Granted, the new formula doesn't incur the crippling pain and insanity that so often followed humanoids consumed the original substance. The new formula retains its sticky sweet, golden syrupy traits, with a taste of fruit and a flowery aroma.

This archpotion grants the drinker the effects of:

• Enlarge Person
• Jump
• Spider Climb

• Duration 3 rounds = 2,385 gp.
• Duration 3 minutes = 2,610 gp.
• Duration 30 minutes = 3,060 gp.

Brew Archpotion Calculations

• Minimum caster level of 3 (to cast spider climb, the highest level component spell).
• Spells Infused:

• Enlarge Person: 1 minute/level = 3 minutes. Spell level 1 × caster level 3 × 50 gp + 720 gp = 870 gp.
• Jump: 1 minute/level = 3 minutes. Spell level 1 × caster level 3 × 50 gp + 720 gp = 870 gp.
• Spider Climb: 10 minutes/level = 30 minutes. Spell level 2 × caster level 3 × 50 gp ⁄ 2 (duration decrease) + 720 gp = 870 gp.

• DC = 13 = 10 + 2 (highest component spell level) + 1 (Modifier of a Key Ability of 12 necessary to cast 2nd level spells)
• Base Price = 2,610 gp = 870 gp + 870 gp + 870 gp.
• Duration = 3 Minutes.
• EXP Cost = 1/25(2,610) = 105 EXP.
