You may only use this power when it is not your turn. You create a perimeter shield (with a strength of 5, a hardness of 5 and a range equal to your reach) around yourself (any square you occupy); if another creature would be within the shield, the power fails. At the beginning of your next turn, the shield explodes; all creatures adjacent to the shield (outside only) at this moment must make a reflex save or fall prone.
If the shield is destroyed by damage, all creatures adjacent to the shield (outside only) at this moment must make a reflex save or fall prone, and you are dazed for 1 round.
Augment: By paying 3 additional power points, you may cover all squares within your reach with the shield; additionally, the power no longer fails if any creatures are present within the shield.
