As you manifest this power you cross you legs and start to float from 1 inch to 5 feet above the ground. This does not prevent or reduced falling damage in any way, as you float gently at best and not enough to slow a fall. While concentrating on this power your move speed is 5 feet, however it allow to to move over potentially dangerous terrain and allow you to ignore difficult terrain.
Augment: You may expend your psionic focus instead of using power points to manifest Hovering.
