As you manifest this power you cause your body to return to a younger state, if only by a minute or a day. You are no longer Fatigued and turn Exhaustion into fatigue as well as healing 1 non-lethal damage per manifester level. You cease bleeding if you were and reset any bleed to 0. This also undo the effect of sleep deprivation as you restore yourself to a more restful state.

You also reset any amount of physical activities, such as running, forced march and hustling for the day as if you just rested. This allow you to run an essentially unlimited amount of rounds per day as long as you can manifest this power. This power cover other similar activities.

This power does not undo any other negative effects that may be upon you.

Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.

1. For 2 additional power points you spend, you heal both lethal and non-lethal damage.

2. For 4 additional power points you spend, you may remove the following conditions upon yourself: Nauseated and Sickened

3. For 4 additional power points you spend, you may heal ability damage (but not ability burn) as if you rested for 8 hours. This only apply to physical ability scores.

4. For 10 additional power points you spend, you replicate the effect of rejuvenate on yourself. The effect only last 1 day per manifester level unless you supply the necessary material component.
