Wrapped in Scars [Archetype] Prerequisites: Must be corporeal.Benefit: See below. Special: If you ever stop qualifying for this feat, you can trade it for another archetype feat you meet the prerequisites.

Archetype Feat Bonus are based on HD.

  • 1 HD: You have scars from countless fights, and gain +1 natural armor from the scar tissue. The scars mar your appearance, giving you a -2 penalty on Bluff and Diplomacy but a +4 bonus on Intimidate. Your hardy nature also gives you access to the Endurance feat and an additional +1 hp/level.
  • 3 HD: Your natural armor from this feat rises to +2. Your body seals wounds quickly, ceasing bleeding after 1 round, automatically stabilizing when dying, and reducing the amount of hp lost by bleedout by 10% (minimum 5%). You gain the benefits of Diehard.
  • 8 HD: Your natural armor from this feat rises to +3. Your scarring gives you a modicum of resistance to Constitution damage as well, giving you Soft Ability Damage Reduction (Con) 1. Your Diehard ability now allows you to take full round actions. If you only take single actions, you do not take damage from stressful actions.
  • 15 HD: Your natural armor from this feat rises to +4, and your soft ability damage reduction becomes hard ability damage reduction. In fact, your Constitution can no longer be lowered below 1. Add half your maximum hp to the range on how far into negative hit points you can go before dying.
