A character with the Shoulder Riding feat is on her ally. It's debatable whether he is willing or not.

Shoulder Riding [Fighter] Prerequisites: Shoulder RidingBenefit: You can use melee weapons while riding an ally. In addition, you can only use your feet to ride a shoulder with a DC 15 Balance check (balancing this way is a free action). If you succeed both of your hands are free for the entire round. If you fail, you fall off your ally's shoulder. If you take the Total Defense action, you gain Improved Cover (+8) if your ally agrees to take a -4 penalty to his AC. If your ally wishes, he can instead lose 2 AC and give you soft cover, like the regular Shoulder Riding feat. Normal: With the Shoulder Riding feat, you cannot attack with a melee weapon. In addition you must use one hand to hold onto your ally. You also only gain soft cover when taking a Total Defense action.

Bleach D20 Technological Devices[edit]

Characters with the 12th Division Tinker feat can build technological devices, using the World of Warcraft RPG technological Device creation rules. However, in addition to the regular technological device abilities, there are special abilities and rules that are available to Bleach D20 characters, shown below.

Technological
Feature
Technology
Score
Stability
Rating
Communication 3 1
Computing 5-20 TS
Flamingo 11 -
4th 5 -
5th 1.3 -

Stability Rating: Some devices are extremely stable, and do not malfunction as much as regular technological devices. As long as the user of the technological device has as many ranks in the use technological device skill equal to the Stability Rating and they are only using the communication feature (and any other stable device they meet the prerequisites for), they roll a d100 instead of a d20 to determine if the device malfunctions. When a technological rating is "TR", the Stability rating is equal to the Technology Score the specific function is at (so a Computing Function with a TS of 7 requires an operator with 7 ranks in Use Technological Device to benefit from a stability rating. Any Techological Feature with a Stability rating of "-" is not as stable, and when using that function on a Technological device you roll a d20.

Communication: This technological device can communicate with other devices. The creator of the device chooses how somebody communicates, whether it is through voice, text or some other idea. (this is mainly fluff).

Computing: This technological device has a computer. The more points you put into the computing ability, the computer can operate better, faster and stuff.

???

Prerequisites: Plush Feet, plush feat 2
Benefit: you gain Fortification 25%.

These are some neato variant rules for Bleach D20.[edit]

If your game uses Player Handbook 2’s retraining rules:

You cannot take the Refined Technique feat. When gaining a level, you can switch out two Shikai Abilities each level or one Bankai Ability (this counts as your retraining option for that level). Like retraining any other class feature, you cannot change a Shikai or Bankai ability that is a prerequisite to a different Shikai or Bankai ability (for example, if you have Weapon of Heaven and Godslayer’s Edge, you cannot change Weapon of Heaven for a different Shikai ability, unless you change Godslayer’s Edge first)

If your game uses Unearthed Arcana’s Gestalt rules:

Choose 1 base Bleach D20 class for one side of your Gestalt. For this side of your Gestalt, you can only advance in your chosen Bleach D20 class. On your other side of your gestalt, you can choose any regular Dungeons and Dragons class, as well as any Bleach D20 class that is not a Shinigami or Hollow class. For the second half of your gestalt, you can multiclass normally. You still gain Bleach D20 Prestige Classes like templates, added on top of your Bleach D20 class; however, even if you choose a BleachD20 class on both sides of your gestalt, you can only take one Bleach D20 Prestige Class each level.
