Ur-Priest [Archetype]
Your divine magic is stolen from gods rather than granted through their worship.Prerequisites: Must be able to cast divine spells.Benefit: See below.
Special: If you ever stop qualifying for this feat, you can trade it for another archetype feat that you meet the prerequisites for.
Archetype Feat Bonus are based on HD.
- 1 HD: You do not require any divine focus components for any divine spells you cast, and may cast divine spells of any alignment no matter what your own alignment is. You may ignore any alignment restrictions or code of conduct for your divine casting class, as well as requirements to worship a specific deity for the purpose of qualifying for feats and prestige classes (you still must meet any other prerequisites).
- 3 HD: If you are a cleric (or a divine spellcasting class that has similar access to domains) you gain the Atheism domain as a bonus domain. If your divine spellcasting class doesn't normally gain access to domains, you gain the granted power and spell access of the Atheism domain. You treat your character level as your cleric level for purposes of the domain power.
- 8 HD: The afterlife has no hold over your soul. You do not lose levels, XP or Constitution points from being raised or resurrected, and can be raised or resurrected regardless of your age or creature type.
- 15 HD: You can steal magic from creatures other than gods, and gain the Steal Spell-Like Ability feature of the Ur-Priest prestige class (Complete Divine).
