Underguarded
You tend to be overconfident, careless or otherwise rather poor at defending yourself when taken by surprise, this can lead to your downfall.
Effect: You take a –2 penalty on Armor Class while flatfooted, against invisible opponents, against traps, and while being flanked. You take a –2 penalty on reflex against traps and against spells and effect coming from an invisible opponent.
Benefit: A Moderate bonus feat or lower for which you meet the prerequisites.
Special: This flaw isn't affected by Uncanny Dodge or similar abilities.
