Terrible Bard
You are terrible at your job. All of your bardic abilities that usually provide a bonus for party members now have the opposite effect, reversed into penalties. You don't realize that you're a terrible bard as you happily sing (or whatever you do) about all the horrible ways the party could meet its end or how they are bravely running away
Class: Bard
Level: 1, 3, 8, 9, 12, 14, 15, 20
Replaces: Inspire Courage, Inspire Competence, Inspire Greatness, Song of Freedom, Inspire Heroics
Benefit: Enemies may ignore you thinking you're secretly on their side
