This is now the most powerful BEAST in the world. I have some small concerns about the Megapede's type, but...

Well, otherwise apart from that, it is good. My main appreciation of the Megapede - to be fair - comes from the 'In Shock' condition, which I really enjoy. The most obvious comparison is against the Tyrannosaurus Rex; who deals more damage in (two attacks vs one attack); but the Megapede has more survivability and can definitely be an interesting fight with its burrow speed and climb.

But, is this a beast? The fact it has Magic Weapons throws up the question to me; because no other beast has that ability. Isn't that more of a Monstrosity ability...?

But despite that, I do like it. Hence the like.

Polymorph[edit]

Have you considered how this interacts with polymorph? 162 hp, amazing senses, and damage resistance is a bit much at level 9ish, I think. Perhaps change the type so that this isn't open to abuse? --Ghostwheel (talk) 04:19, 4 July 2019 (MDT)

I still don't get why a beast would have resistance to non-magical weaponry... Feels completely off to me. --Ghostwheel (talk) 15:11, 9 January 2020 (UTC)
Ok you convinced me. Removed resistance to b/p/s. --Rlyehable (talk) 03:54, 12 January 2020 (UTC)
