Uncontrollable Magic Overload (3.5e Flaw)

|prerequisite=Able to learn and cast arcane spells without preparing them, Must know at least 1 spell with an elemental descriptor, 1 level of a Spellcaster class
|effect=Each time you cast a spell (level 1 or higher) with an elemental descriptor (Fire, Electricity, Cold...etc), your body absorbs this instable energy and may expels it in a dazzling wave, wounding allies and enemies around you. You must roll a concentration check (DC = 20 + 5 x level of the spell), if you fail, you release a wave of energy that deals damage equal to twice the level of the casted spell and has a range of 5 ft +5 ft/5 caster levels (10 15 ft at level 10, 15 20 ft at level 15...etc). In addition to the damage, this uncontrolable energy can emit special effects depending on the elemental descriptor of the casted spell:
<b>=> Acid</b> : Your skin expels purple and corrosive vapors that slowly diffuse around you. Creatures around you in the area of effect are [[sickened]] for 1 round and have the right to a saving throw (Fortitude, DC = 10 + level of the spell + spell ability modifier) to not be [[sickened]].
<b>=> Earth</b> : Your skin thickens, dries, and cracks. Your hair and nails look dull and gross. A cloud of fine dust and sand surrounds you. Creatures around you in the area of effect are [[SRD:Dazzled|Dazzled]] for 1 round and have the right to a saving throw (Fortitude, DC = 10 + level of the spell + spell ability modifier) to not be [[SRD:Dazzled|Dazzled]].
<b>=> Electricity</b> : Your eyes become light blue and fill with electricity. Streams of electrical flow emerge from your body and emit a powerful electromagnetic field. Allies Creatures around you in the area of effect are [[Stunned]] for 1 round and have the right to a saving throw (Reflex, DC = 10 + level of the spell + spell ability modifier) to not be [[Stunned]].
<b>=> Fire</b> : A burning aura emerges from your body. Light smoke emanates from your nose and mouth, and your skin turns to scarlet. The ambient temperature rises by 120 °F and all creatures around you risk catching on fire. They have the right to a saving throw (Reflex, DC = 10 + level of the spell + spell ability modifier). If they fail, they catch fire. Each round they receive 1d6 fire damage, and have the right to a new saving throw to extinguish the fire.
<b>=> Water</b> : Your skin becomes pure and pearly, without the slightest imperfection. Your hair softens and shines with a shimmery glow. Creatures around you in the area of effect are [[SRD:fascinated|fascinated]] by your beauty for 1 round and have the right to a saving throw (Will, DC = 10 + level of the spell + spell ability modifier) to not be [[SRD:fascinated|fascinated]].
|benefit=A bonus feats for which you meet the prerequisites. You cannot choose a Very High balance balanced feat.
|special=Effects of this flaw bypass SR, but not bypass Resistance to Energy.
