Sonorous Spell [Metamagic]
Why do my ears ring so much? Damn gnome and your cacophonous music.Benefit: You may use this metamagic feat only on Sonic spells. A sonorous sonic spell inflicts the tinnitus condition to the target, lasting one round per spell level.
By channeling more power in the spell you may cause the target to become deafened permanently.
A sonorous spell uses up a spell slot one levels higher than the spell's actual level, or two levels, if you want to deafen the target instead.
