Reckless Summoning [Metamagic] Your summons will not be passing the safety inspection from your mage exam.Prerequisites: Able to cast a [Summoning] spell.Benefit: When applied to your summon and calling spells from the summon monster and similar series of spells, you may summon as if you were casting from a summon spell one level higher than normal (even if you would otherwise be unable to cast from there). However, the monster appears uncontrolled and hostile to all creatures, behaving as a creature of its kind otherwise. Generally it will attack the nearest creature unless circumstances dictate otherwise. These summons cannot be dispelled.

This works on planar ally and planar binding series of spells, allowing you to call a creature of +2 HD than normal. They ignore any binding effects from magic circle cast as part of the calling, though they can be restrained by means after they are called. They are under no compulsion to listen to you, but may choose to help or harm you as they see fit. Special: This does not qualify you as being able to cast a spell higher level than normal, but just allows new creatures on your normal spell level.
