Racial Distrust
When you meet a stranger, you automatically consider him/her unfriendly, and refuse to trust him/her.
Effect: When you meet a person (PC or NPC) whom you do not know and whom not the same race as you, you must make a Sense Motive check against a DC of 30. If you fail, your attitude towards it is automatically unfriendly. In addition, the Diplomacy DC to improve the attitude of NPCs is increased by +10. Finally, you can never have a Fanatic attitude towards someone.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
