Partial Deafblindness
You are deaf and blind on one side of your head, perhaps because of a head trauma or a particularly nasty attack that scourged half your face.
Effect: You take a -4 penalty on Listen and Spot checks, a -2 penalty on initiative and you double the penalty on attack rolls made when making a ranged attack past the first range increment. Finally you take a -2 penalty to AC against creatures flanking you.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
