Low - Paper Cut (Manipulation)
Prerequisites: Sleight of Hand 1 rankBenefit: When you attack with a slashing weapon, before rolling, you may declare to activate this skill trick. You inflict minimum damage (do not roll), but the target also gains 1 point of bleed (or an additional one, if you could already inflict it). If you could inflict bleedout or any analogous damage, you increase that value by 1 instead. This trick's effects are valid only for one attack, but if you fail to hit you may use it again.
