Low-Energy
You can't muster the energy to bother most of the time, and sometimes even being under threat isn't enough.
Effect: You take a –2 penalty initiative, on Strength and Dexterity-based skill checks and on Constitution checks made to continue running. While not in a stressful situation you take penalties as if you were Fatigued. You can still take the run action, but your run speed multiplier is reduced by 1. Those penalty do not stack with being actually Fatigued, but the condition is still accrued.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
