I Will Make You An Offer You Can't Refuse (Interaction)
Prerequisites: Intimidate 11 RanksBenefit: As part of a 1 minute conversation you can make an Intimidate check that if successful rather than it normal effect the target must make a Will Save (DC 10 +1/2 Class level + Charisma modifier) or fall under the effect of suggestion (with the same limitation). If you offer proper compensation for treat the suggestion as a reasonable one unless it is obviously harmful or suicidal. This ability may be rushed like Diplomacy, but at the same penalty on the Intimidate check.
A creature whether it succeed or not is immune to this ability for 24 hours afterward. A creature immune to [fear] effects or that otherwise cannot be intimidated is also immune to this ability.
