Haunting Regret, (Expanded)
You did something unforgivable in your past, something even an evil aligned person could regret.
Prerequisite: This drawback must be explained by an event in your character's backstory.
Effect: Choose one, based upon what event transpired in your past that traumatised you so severely.
- You take a –2 penalty on saving throws against the distraction ability of swarms.
- You take a –2 penalty on saving throws against the maddening ability of aberrations.
- You take a –2 penalty on saving throws against the mind-affecting ability of fey.
- You take a –2 penalty on saving throws against the rot ability of undead.
- You take a –2 penalty on saving throws against the extraordinary & supernatural ability of oozes.
- You take a –2 penalty on saving throws against the stench ability of demons.
- You take a –2 penalty on saving throws against the poison ability of plants.
- You take a –2 penalty on saving throws against the disease ability of magical beasts.
Benefit: Any bonus feat for which you meet the prerequisites.
Special: This effect is psychological and will affect the character even if they become immune to fear.
This is an expansion of Haunting Regret.
