This drab cloak seems to blend in with whatever surface you place it on. Though not invisible, it's simply hard to notice.
This cloak seems to radiate with how mundane it seems, making it excellent at appearing to be no one of importance. It grants a specific maneuver from the surreptitious bandit discipline, similar to the Crown of White RavensToB. Novice cloaks grant up to a 3rd level maneuver known. Scholar cloaks grant up to a 6th level maneuver known. Master cloaks grant up to a 9th level maneuver known. You must meet the pre-requisites of the maneuver to use it. If you do not have levels in a maneuver granting class, you may only use the maneuvers 1/encounter. Otherwise, it uses your normal means of readying and refreshing maneuvers.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, must know maneuvers from the surreptitious bandit discipline.
