You bond all minds within a 40 ft radius burst, Will negates. The bond does nothing on its own, but when a creature who is bonded is struck with damage the damage echoes outwards 15 ft from itself. If any other bonded creature is within range they take secondary damage equal to half the damage the original took (up to 1/2 the maximum hp of the original target). Secondary damage does not echo, nor does area effect damage that the creatures were already affected by. For example, two bonded creatures in range get hit by fireball, and only take damage once. A nearby creature outside of the fireball gets hit with an echo once.
Status effects which afflict a bonded creature also echo out to fellow bonded creatures within 15 ft. Secondary creatures get a +4 bonus to their saving throws or touch ACs as applicable. The secondary status effects do not echo.
If a bonded creature dies, all fellow bonded creatures within 15 ft with equal or fewer HD must immediately make a Fortitude save or die as well, save partial. If they make the saving throw, or have more HD than the original slain creature, they take 7d6 damage instead. This is a [Death] effect, and the secondary deaths do not echo.
Anyone affected by this power knows the effect of this power. If this power affects a swarm, they lose their single target and weapon damage immunities.
