Church Hunter [Archetype]
Church hunters, although somewhat of a misnomer as they are not always associated with a church or other religious body, are hunters of supernatural threats. Possessing multiple tools to allow them to find a slaughter their prey.Benefit: See below
- 1 HD: You can use tools and training to deal with the supernatural threats:
- You deal an extra +2 damage when wielding alchemical silver weapons.
- You can use wooden weapons to automatically bypass damage reduction and immunity to critical hit on undead creatures.
- You gain use of the track feat, you may use knowledge (religion) (evil outsider and undead only) or knowledge (nature) (anything else) instead of survival when tracking.
- 3 HD: You gain the dark knowledge ability as an archivistHoH of your character level, however it only apply against evil outsiders, lycanthropes and undeads. If you already possess dark knowledge which apply to the listed creatures the bonus received against them increase by 1.
- 8 HD: You gain evasion and mettle, but only against effects created by evil outsiders, lycanthropes and undeads.
- 15 HD: You gain strike of God's wrath as a maneuver-like ability.
Special: If you ever stop qualifying for this feat, you can trade it for another archetype feat you meet the prerequisites.
