Bhukas scouts are very appreciated guides in the desert, often working with travelers and adventurers or leading bhuka tribes through the waste.

A bhuka guide has the Knowledge (local wasteland region) skill, as a class skill. This is valid for all its scout levels.
Rabdomancy (Ex): At 1st level, instead of Trapfinding, a bhuka guide enhances its racial ability Water Sense. Its range increases from 100 feet (30 meters) to 400 feet + 40 feet per class level (120 meters + 12 meters), but only if using a forked stick as a focus while using the ability. In addition, by increasing the Survival DC by 5, a bhuka guide may sense the quality of the water it's locating.
Sandskimmer: At level 6th it gains the SandskimmerSand feat for free, gaining effectively access to its upgraded effect, thanks to the Sure Feet racial feature. This feature substitutes Flawless Stride of a standard scout. If you already have this feat you may choose another feat for which you meet the requirements.
Desert Camouflage: By level 8th a bhuka guide gains the feat Sand CamouflageSand for free and may make Hide checks in waste terrain, even if it doesn't grant cover or concealment (but not in other types of terrain). This feature modifies the Camouflage feature of a scout. If you already have this feat you may choose another feat for which you meet the requirements.
