Arbalester Rogue
An Arbalester Rogue is a master of the crossbow, killing her foes left and right with a well placed bolt.
Class: Rogue
Level: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th. 18th
Replaces: Proficiencies, Sneak Attack Progression, Trap Sense
Benefit: An Arbalester Rogue gain the following class features:
Proficiencies: As the rogue except the Arbalester Rogue gain proficiency with all crossbows (including exotic crossbows) but not with any martial melee weapons.
Sharpshooter: A 1st level Arbalester Rogue gain the Sharpshooter feat as a bonus feat even if she does not meet the prerequisites. If she
Spotting Expertise: An Arbalester Rogue must be extremely good at spotting, adding her class level instead of her wisdom modifier (if higher) on spot checks.
Weapon Focus: A 1st level Arbalester Rogue gain Weapon Focus (Any Crossbow) as a bonus feat, even if shes does not meet the prerequisites.
Sneak Attack: At 2nd level and every even numbered level thereafter, the Arbalester Rogue gain +1d6 Sneak Attack. This class feature is otherwise identical to the Rogue's own class features.
Crossbow Sniper: At 3rd level the Arabalester Rogue gain Crossbow SniperPHBII feat as a bonus feat even if shes does not meet the prerequisites. However the damage bonus is based on her Intelligence instead of her Dexterity and stack with the bonus damage granted by Sharpshooter .
Neck Shot: At 4th level a Arbalester Rogue know how to silence her foes before they scream in agony or to silence spellcasters before they can make a sound. Whenever she make a successful crossbow attack on a flat-footed opponent, that creature must make a DC 10 +1/2 HD + the Arbalester Rogue's Dexterity modifier or become unable to talk. This make them unable to call for help or cast spells with vocal components by example. The affected creature can remove the bolt from his or her neck as a Full-Round Action with a DC 15 Strength check or with a DC 20 heal check, which restore the use of their voice. If a creature is struck by multiple attacks when flat-footed it only need to save against neck shot once.
Woodland Archer: At 6th level the Arabalester Rogue gain Woodland ArcherRotW as a bonus feat even if shes does not meet the prerequisites.
Grimoire Rogue Notes: If you use the Grimoire Rogue, the Weapon Focus (Any Crossbow) replace the Weapon Focus feat granted at 1st level. The Grimoire Arbalester Rogue also lose Two-Weapon Fighting and it improved version as bonus feat.
