You Summons up a living thundercloud, it chases the enemies and zaps them with moderate continous electric damage, as well as taking AoOs though it cannot flank. It makes a ranged touch and deals 2d6 electric damage, attack is your BAB + manifesting score. The Cloud's attacks receive a +3 to hit if they wear metal armor. It follows the opponent even if they polymorph or go invisible, hanging above their square, but cannot follow if they go out of range and are dismissed. Only one cloud per person. You can change targets as a move action.
