This cloak seems to radiate with how mundane it seems, making it excellent at appearing to be no one of importance.  It grants a specific maneuver from the [[Surreptitious Bandit (3.5e Martial Discipline)|surreptitious bandit discipline]], similar to the Crown of White Ravens<sup>ToB</sup>.  Novice cloaks grant up to a 3rd level maneuver known.  Scholar cloaks grant up to a 6th level maneuver known.  Master cloaks grant up to a 9th level maneuver known.  You must meet the pre-requisites of the maneuver to use it.  If you do not have levels in a maneuver granting class, you may only use the maneuvers 1/encounter.  Otherwise, it uses your normal means of readying and refreshing maneuvers.
