Yrthak Throat[edit]
Taking the vocal cords from the yrthak and re-enforcing the throat and teeth, this grants you a powerful vocal weapon at the cost of speaking normally. You can only shout, speaking normally and whispering is impossible. You gain the yrthak's sonic lance and explosion abilities, except the recharge time is once every 1d4 rounds. The damage is 1d6 sonic damage per two HD you possess, and the explosion damage is half of the sonic damage, but with a Reflex save for half. The saving throw is Constitution based.
As a beneficial side effect, a constant subsonic hum you produce grants you blindsense out to 10 ft.
