A magic cap with the blessing of the wind. As a swift action the wearer may turn it sideways, doing so double the range of her next thrown weapon attack and confer it the ability to ignore wind-effect of severe strength or lower. After using this ability the cap must be readjusted as a move action to be used again.
While wearing a Windpitcher Cap, if the the wearer has the Deflect Arrows feat she may use without free hands while wielding a weapon.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, gust of wind.
