Requested Critique[edit]

At fourth level, this feat gives you a 25% chance of gaining the skills, skill points, and saving throws of a second level character. You can do this 100% of the time as part of the Unfledged's normal kit, making the roll of 20-24 pointless. Second, what happens if you roll less than 20? Third, you have a 0% chance (at fourth) of activating the second part, which is actually a redeemable idea on whole, even if it is numerically inaccessible before fifth level. I'd tweak the numbers to make the hidden talent accessible from level 2 (something like must roll an 12, useable at will). If you want to add a cooldown to balance out the at will factor, go ahead, but ditch the partial metamorphosis aspect because it's pointless given the guaranteed accessibility from the base class. -- Jota (talk) 02:32, 28 March 2014 (UTC)

Thank you for the critique. It is very helpful, and I hope you will provide more.

Partial Metamorphosis: I'm not sure what you think this does, nor do I see why you think it does it. Double-checking my wording, it looks to say what I meant, and not however you are interpreting it. Obviously, clarification is needed, but since I don't know where the misinterpretation comes from, I don't know what to clarify. I do have some ideas: you can see them below.

Roll less than 20: I didn't specify what happens in this case because nothing does happen.
