| I agree with Ghostwheel here. Also, probably unintentional, but at the moment this is listed as an armor, shield, and weapon enhancement when you probably meant just shield enhancement.

| Two things; first, cover does not have a percentile chance. Second, 1k is way too little for this effect. Compare to a Minor Cloak of Displacement, which takes the valuable shoulder slot at that. |
