Cripple [Fighter]
This man believes that, because you studied medicine, you would be unwilling to hurt him. Oh how painful it must be to be so wrong...Prerequisites: BAB +6, Heal 8 ranks, Power Attack, Combat ExpertiseBenefit: When making a power attack, you may forgo an amount of extra damage from power attack to inflict one quarter of the damage forgone, rounded down, to your opponent's Constitution. This decision must be made before the damage roll. Constitution damage from multiple such attacks do not stack; the higher amount of damage is the only one counted.
Example: Tim, a level 8 fighter, takes a -6 penalty to his attack roll with power attack and hits. Since he is using a 2-handed weapon, he receives +12 damage on this attack. He may forgo all 12 extra damage to do 3 damage to his target's constitution, or he may forgo 8 extra damage and do 2 constitution damage and 4 hit points of damage.
