1. See Damage Increases by Size to calculate the damage for a weapon larger than Medium or smaller than Small.
2. Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
3. When two types are given, the weapon is both types if the entry specifies "and", either type (player's choice at time of attack) if the entry specifies "or", or each end of the double weapon is a different type if the entry specifies "/".
4. The hp value given is for Medium armor, weapons, and shields. Divide by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium.

A thoughtfully designed thrusting sword, the Espada Ropera is essentially a better designed rapier. It can be used with the same profile as a Rapier by wielders with martial weapon proficiency. Much like a Rapier, you can use the Weapon Finesse feat to apply your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to attack rolls with a espada ropera sized for you, even though it isn’t a light weapon for you. You can’t wield a espada ropera in two hands in order to apply 1-1/2 times your Strength bonus to damage.

A wielder that possess Exotic Weapon proficiency with the Espada Ropera gain access to the following Weapon Art:

Disarming Flourish: As a standard action you may make a single Disarm attempt, if successful you may make an immediate melee attack against the disarmed creature, it is flat-footed against this attack.
Forward Step: As a standard action you may move up to half your speed and make a single melee attack with your reach increased by 5 feet. This counts as a charge, with all bonuses and penalties associated with it.

An Espada Ropera count as a Rapier for the purpose of feats such as Weapon Focus and class features.
