All creatures caught in the radius of this maneuver cannot use any supernatural or magical fly speed and cannot benefits from spells or effect which reduce falling rate or falling damage (such as feather fall.) If they were currently in flight, they fall and take damage appropriately.
You reduce any natural or mundane flight as if the target was affected by the slow spell, but only in regards of their fly speed. You can exclude a creature in this counter as a free action when you initiate this counter.
This maneuver does not hamper the use of a maneuver of the Unseen Shackle discipline used by a initiator with a higher initiator level than your own.
