Twinned[edit]

Twinned items apply to double weapons. They get all the enchantment on one side applied to both sides.

The twinned template can only be applied to double weapons where one side of the double weapon is not enhanced. Twinned weapons have embossing and runes on one side which is mirrored on the other side of the weapon. This links to two blades to become, effectively, one blade as far as weapon enhancements go. While it reduces the cost of double weapons, it removes the ability to enhance it's secondary side as a weapon of its own. A twinned weapon has all the base statistics of the normal item except as noted here.

Requirements[edit]

The creator of a twinned item must have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat, or possess at least 10 ranks in the appropriate Craft.

Twinned Weapons[edit]

Twinned weapons are given runes which are mirrored on its secondary half. This mark binds the two sides of the blade together.

Cost: 1000 gp

Affinities: None.

Special: Enhancements and materials applied to one side effects the secondary side. Effectively it is a single weapon you can two-weapon fight with.
