This incredibly buoyant wheelboard floats better in water than it rides on land.
This magical wheelboard is limited in function. On land, it is incredibly slow, moving at a speed of half the user's land speed. Once placed on water, it moves as a normal wheelboard moves on land (the user's land speed plus 10 feet), buoyantly supporting weight as if on a solid surface.
Additionally, it can be used as a masterwork skill tool for Swim and Profession (Surfer).
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, water walk, crafter must have 1 rank in either Swim or Profession (Surfer).
