An oversized buzzsaw, it is unsuitable for normal throwing or melee but will fly on its own if loosed. Build your own traphouse with multiple blades.
Effectively a huge +1 chakram, it is not intended to be used as an actual ranged weapon. Instead it is released as a standard action in a line up to 60 ft (or as low as 10 ft) from which it will rapidly launch itself back and forth spinning at high speed. Any which passes through or ends their turn in the area of effect are subject to an attack roll equal to your own ranged attack roll +1, or +10, whichever is more. The blade deals 3d6+1 damage with a 19-20/x2 critical range.
The blade can be deflected as any thrown weapon, but it cannot be caught as it continues to spin rapidly. It will quickly return to its flight path. If its path is obstructed, it will rebound off the surface and return until the obstruction is removed. It can only be stopped by first speaking a command word to slow it down and making it safe to capture.
If there are multiple buzzsaws whose paths overlap, the buzzsaws will avoid each other. Creatures are subject to attacks from each buzzsaw path they cross.
Buzzsaws can be made of special materials or enhanced as weapons. They are about the size of a heavy shield.
