Reach out and touch someone.Benefit: You do not provoke attacks of opportunity for casting a touch spell while threatened. Other spells continue to provoke as normal. In addition, you cast any touch spell at +1 CL.
Special: This feat counts as Combat Casting for the purpose of pre-requisites.
