The fire breath was laced with lightning, thanks to their +1 shocking torc.
This amulet can be enhanced with weapon properties as if it were a masterwork weapon, and the enhancements affect any breath weapons or other area of effect you possess. The breath weapon or area of effect affected is chosen when the torc is created. Rather than add to attack and damage, straight enhancement bonuses add to damage and save DC for your breath weapon. Some weapon enhancements may not work or qualify, such as weapon enhancements that rely on attack rolls. For example, a Flaming torc adds 1d6 fire damage, but a Keen torc (or the additional critical benefit of Flaming Burst) do not function.
Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Craft Wondrous Item, dragon breathSpC spell or creator must possess a breath weapon.
Cost to Create: 300 gp (plus half enhancement cost), 24 EXP (plus EXP from enhancements), 1 day (plus time from enhancement).
