Time Traveler

You are a time traveler from the far future, sadly however the means of going back to your time has been lost and you are now trapped with a bunch of cavemen in the far past.

Benefit: You gain bardic knowledge as a bard using your character level instead of your bard level, it only applies tp anything that would make it into the future textbook. When it come to historical event and characters, this knowledge is not always true even on a successful checks, historical distortion, alteration of written history and even your own presence in past can create falsehood. Thanks to your own intervention events far in the future (or in your past) are more and more muddled as well.

Additionally at the DM's approval, you can purchase modern or futuristic items at character creation depending on the time you come from. You may even be able to craft these items if you have appropriate skill ranks and feats.

Drawback: Your own intervention has irrevocably changed the future, not only is your future knowledge getting less and less dependable but you are slowly but surely making sure you will never be born. If you cause directly or indirectly an event which would result in you never being born you become a 'living paradox', you count as both alive and undead whenever it would be the most disadvantageous, if you are slain as a 'living paradox' you simply cease to exist and can only be brought back through a true resurrection or wish spell or the intervention of a greater deity. If you manage to change the past so your birth would happen again you return to normal.

Additionally you take a -4 penalty on any intelligence-based checks when dealing with anything from the past, such as crafting with primitive material, using knowledge (local) on a town that no longer exists in your time or knowledge(arcana) to find as far as you are concerned a long discredited magical theory.

Roleplaying Ideas: What do you mean '0 bar', man the past suck.
