You dare defy the master of the elements? You shall die!
This spell launches a blast of elemental energy out to range, where it forms a swirling storm of energy that wracks the landscape. Four effects occur one at a time over the duration in whichever order you wish.
Acid Rain: Creatures take 1d6 acid damage/2 levels (maximum 10d6 at 20th), and creatures take a -2 AC penalty for 1 round. A Fortitude save halves the damage.
Blizzard Howl: Creatures take 1d6 cold damage/2 levels (maximum 10d6 at 20th), and creatures reduce their movement speeds by 10 ft for 1 round. A Fortitude save halves the damage.
Lightning Storm: Creatures take 1d6 electricity damage/2 levels (maximum 10d6 at 20th), and creatures are deafened for 1 round. A Reflex save halves the damage.
Wildfire Vortex: Creatures take 1d6 fire damage/2 levels (maximum 10d6 at 20th), and that don't hold their breath are sickened for 1 round from the ash. A Reflex save halves the damage.
