Your words and actions cause fury in your enemies.Benefit: As a move action or as part of a move action, you can make a check equal to your level + your KDM against a single creature within [Medium] range (DC 5 + their level + their KOM). On a successful check, if the target makes an attack or uses an ability that targets anyone other than you or includes any creature within an area of effect and you are not also targeted or included in the area of effect, the target suffers a -4 penalty to their attack and DC, lasting until the beginning of your next turn. Effects that persist for more than one round are only affected by this ability on the first round during which they were created. If a creature would be affected by more than one Test of Mettle, only the last one applied affects them.
