Talk:Vanishing Glimmer (3.5e Maneuver)
From Dungeons and Dragons Wiki
Huh. Why not Dex burn? I think that's more fitting, especially since a Thousand Daggers user is quite a sight more likely to have more Dex to go around than Con. -SecondDeath777 16:58, 16 December 2017
- That's probably the point. Either it keeps you from spamming it, or forces you to go MAD. --Zhenra-Khal (talk) 15:42, 16 December 2017 (MST)
- True, but it takes away from your main dodging resource. Con is cheap if you never get hit. But if you drain Dex? Now they're easier to hit. So maybe they use it again. And again. Not only does it allow for potentially more uses, but increases the likelihood that the enemy scores that deadly attack. -SecondDeath777 22:43, 16 December 2017
- To a degree. But the maneuver is meant to let you avoid attacks, not make you worse at avoiding them :P --Zhenra-Khal (talk) 20:47, 16 December 2017 (MST)
- True. -SecondDeath777 22:49, 16 December 2017
