Group Intimidation[edit]
Limiting the number of creatures you can intimidate when you intimidate a group rather than either the encounter level or individual strength means that even the scariest of (non-Epic) creatures can't scare away a thousand peasants with sticks. Also, shouldn't there be a Mass New Orders for when you need to command both of the guards at the entrance? --Foxwarrior 02:42, 6 February 2012 (UTC)
- The fear effects that I'm comparing this against are all area, and hence number of targets, based, so I'm hesitant to change it to a different measurement (and after looking at them again I realize I need to write a new and better level 1 fear spell or nerf stuff here, maybe both). I could simplify the area increases though, so that it mapped better to the sorts of increases you'd get if you just expanded the spell over and over again, but I'm worried about that setting up a precedent where I need to do similar things elsewhere. That said, since you don't have a usage cap on the ability, you could scare off thousands of peasants with sticks given sufficient time :-p.
- As for the Mass New Orders, that probably should exist in some way. I'll write that in shortly. - Tarkisflux Talk 01:13, 7 February 2012 (UTC)
