A question about the language background skill: how does it interact with the languages gained through the culture skill (particularly after 6 points have been invested) or high initial intelligence?--67.86.6.63 22:59, 27 June 2013 (UTC)E.R.

That part will be rewritten to allow you to gain them more quickly as a function of rank (as will several other things), along the BAB / proficiency lines. Just haven't gotten to it yet.
