Why is this Very-High level? It seems High to me.-173.242.124.71 20:43, 21 November 2012 (UTC)

It's better than Still Spell and Silent Spell combined, almost all of the time. You can't be stopped from casting in a grapple unless you're also unable to speak. --Foxwarrior (talk) 20:44, 21 November 2012 (UTC)
So? That doesn't seem like enough to make it very high level. It makes it a bit more difficult to prevent you from casting, but no caster in a very high level game is going to let themselves get into those situations anyway. I can see its use for stealth, but that benefit seems high level at best.
Silence? Black tentacles? Stealth can be pretty important at the balance point where a surprise round often means victory, you know. --Foxwarrior (talk) 22:33, 21 November 2012 (UTC)
