What Havvy said, but the stuff about what happens if you don't expend your psionic focus is very unclear, and I can't think of any interpretation that would be tolerable.
It's a full-round action with an instantaneous duration that modifies "whenever", so it could be reasonably interpreted as meaning that it modifies the way you make d20 rolls in a non-dispellable way forever. I guess it could mean "When using this Boost, you may take an action that involves a d20 roll to which you add your Strength modifier..." but overriding the action cost sounds terrible. If it means "Whenever you make a d20 roll modified by your Strength you may take a full-round action to add your Charisma modifier" that sounds really useless in almost every situation. |
